How does The Express Candle Bar work? Our Express Candle Bar is a fun and creative way for guests to create their own custom candle by picking their own scent combination to enjoy! Guests will be able to walk up to the candle bar throughout the duration of your event and curate their very own scented candle from a selection of fragrances chosen by you.
2. How long is the event duration?Â
- Host-Paid: 4 hours (includes setup and breakdown).
- Host/Guest-Paid: 3 hours (includes setup and breakdown).
3. Can I request additional time? Yes! $100 per additional hour.
4. Is there a minimum number of guests required? For Host Paid package a minimum of 30 participants is required. Â
5. Will there be assistance available for guests? Absolutely, our 2 Scent-ologists will be on hand to guide and assist your guests throughout the candle-making process.
6. What is included in The Express Candle Bar package?Â
- Host-Paid: 30 - 8oz or 45 - 6oz travel tin candles with all supplies, and selection of 6 fragrances preselected by host.
- Host/Guest-Paid: includes a complete candle bar setup, all supplies and materials, 6 fragrance options for guests to choose from. Guests pay $20 per candle.
7. Can guests customize their fragrance choices? Yes, guests can choose from a selection of 6 fragrances. Fragrance choices are selected prior to the event.
8. Are there options for customizing tin color? Yes. Prior to the event, the tin color is selected (black, white, silver, or gold).Â
9. Can I add extra candles? Yes! Additional candles can be purchased for the Host-Paid Package.

10. Can we have custom candle labels and gift bag labels? Yes, custom candle labels are included. Gift bag labels can be provided for an additional fee. Please email us for more details.
11. What additional supplies do I need for The Express Candle Bar setup? Nothing! We supply everything so you are worry free at your event!
12. How far in advance can I book an event? An event can be booked no less than 14 days prior to event date. At that time full payment would be due upon booking.
